They were able to create a modern, cozy feel while maximizing every square foot of my home. People viewing the home saw the beauty and structural integrity of the house, yet they could also see themselves in the home.
Nancy's design sensibilities worked with my existing decor as well as her signature pieces to leverage and show off all the updates that I had made. Her choices made large rooms cozy without compromising the "wow factor" that grand rooms provide. My home was listed for only four days. Nancy and Melissa are also the sweetest and most considerate people you will come across in the home sales process.

Nancy did an incredible job staging our house for sale! I highly recommend her. Don’t take my word for it: the Open House was (Covid cautiously and responsibly) packed and we received multiple offers over ask that day and had signed an agreement in less than 24 hours later. This wouldn’t have happened without Nancy’s work. Having never used a design consultant, I was skeptical, but our realtor (Melissa Mayer, Compass) convinced me based on all her success stories. Nancy did an initial consultation and then we hired her to do the house. She was lovely to work with. Her advice was thoughtful and clear. She and Melissa put together a design that photographed and showed beautifully. I loved her practical approach to maximizing, supplementing and rearranging our belongings. This was critical since we planned to occupy the house while / until it sold. Little did we know that it would only be a few hours!
